Coconut Almond Waffles


(makes 3 large waffles):

2 cups almond flour
2 tsp. gf baking powder
2 eggs (or flax seed egg replacer)
1 cup coconut milk (I like Trader Joe's light)
1 cup almond milk (Pacific Almond Original is my favorite)
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil (maybe substitute canola or almond oil)

Preheat waffle iron. Mis ingredients. Pour batter onto iron and cook till
done.
